A bit of a background on me, I was raised in small town Fallbrook, CA, and have been lucky enough to call Temecula valley wine country my home for the last few years. Cancellation Policy

Salon Policies: We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to maintain punctuality and ensure all clients receive the attention they deserve, we have implemented the following policies. Please acknowledge before booking. Cancellations/rescheduling: Please be advised that clients who fail to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will forfeit their deposit made at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding. Late policies: - We kindly request clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Arriving on time allows us to provide you with the full service you deserve and ensures the subsequent appointments are not delayed. Will allow 15 minute grace period. -If client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment and the stylist is unable to accommodate the full service within the remaining time slot, the appointment may be cancelled. In this case, the client may be subject to our cancellation policy, including potential fees for missed/cancelled appointments. -If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify the stylist as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that late arrivals may still result in shortened/cancelled appointment. **Due to salon capacity, and the safety of all of our clients and employees we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests, including children, unless they also have a scheduled service. If this situation arises, you will be asked to reschedule the appointment and will not be refunded deposit fees** Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
